Mother’s Day Classic, City
Welcome to the Adelaide Mother’s Day Classic event. Established in 2004, the Adelaide MDC event is known for having one of the MDC’s most picturesque courses. Now in its 14th year, the Adelaide event has made a major contribution to breast cancer research.
DISTANCES: 4.5km walk, 4.5km run, 7.4km walk, 7.4 kmrun
THE COURSE: Meet at Peace Park, North Adelaide. You will be guided to the start on War Memorial Drive (road will be closed). The Course follows the scenic War Memorial Drive to Bundeys Road and then you will be diverted down to the Linear Park Route. 7.3km participants will be diverted through the Botanic Gardens before returning to the Linear Route to complete their run. The 4.6km participants remain on the northern Linear Path route. Both routes finish at Peace Park.
